We are Top Company 2023!
We have great news to announce: we are proud to have been awarded the “Top Company 2023” seal by kununu and, thus further strengthening our brand as an employer. This is the second year in a row that we have received this award, which only about five per cent of all employer profiles on kununu qualify for.
What does the seal mean for us?
This means that we can stand out more from the competition and show our potential applicants what sets us apart as an employer. The seal is clearly visible at both locations and transparently demonstrates what we have been experiencing at the company for a long time: a high level of employee satisfaction, open communication and a well-developed feedback culture.
How do we deal with feedback?
It is important to us that we are constantly improving: and who knows better what can be optimised than our colleagues? We value every single review on kununu and take them seriously. We are always open to suggestions and criticism and try to learn from them.
